Our proposals for the site include:

Remodelling the roofs of both buildings to make them harmonious with the existing building and the site context and provide external amenity space for office users

Replacing the outdated plant with new high-quality sustainable energy systems, improving energy-efficiency of the buildings

Refurbishing the buildings to achieve an improved thermal performance

Activating the frontages to Stratton Street by creating the opportunity for new retail or a café/restaurant

Enhancing the main entrances for both buildings, befitting their prime Mayfair location

Delivering more efficient and flexible office floor plates

Improving end of trip facilities in the basement such as cycle parking, changing rooms and electric charging points for E-bikes and electric scooters

Introducing significant urban greening at upper levels which will significantly contribute to biodiversity and the City Council’s Wild West End initiative
